The Birmingham Zoo has much improved over the past several years. The new exhibit "Alabama Wild" is so much fun! Petting zoo, barn animals, animals native to Alabama- We also love the Lorakeet exhibit. You can feed the Lorakeets nectar... yes they land all over you! Definitely worth an afternoon while in the Magic City!
