I have been working in the hospitality industry for the last two years. For me, generosity and the positive attitude of the hotel staff matters more than the location, design or furniture. I must say, I am quite impressed with the hospitality and sense of caring displayed by the staff of California Suites Hotel. Their prompt response to the needs of the guests is worth appreciating. Whether I wanted an extra towel or hot water in the night, I didn�t have to ask twice. Next time when I come to San Diego, undoubtedly I would like to stay here only.

My insurance job is so taxing that I hardly get time to relax. But in the calm environment of the California Suites Hotel, I could relax and connect with myself. The whole setting of the hotel was peaceful with beautiful tropical flowers and so much greenery all around to cheer me up. In fact, I spent most of the time in the hotel relaxing in the green surroundings or lazing around in the warm swimming pool. My room was well furnished with everything I would need to make myself feel comfortable. The pleasant experience has made me want to come over here again soon.

I had a great time in San Diego last month. And what added to the whole experience was my stay at the California Suites Hotel. In one word, I would say that the hotel was amazing. I am a foodie. So I loved the delicious breakfast the hotel provided and that too for free. The mouth-watering buffet had everything from cereals, fresh fruits, fruit spreads, Danish, muffins, bagels, juices, espresso, bread, cream cheese, and most importantly my favorite hot chocolate. Honestly, I ate so much there that I must have gained some extra pounds. Apart from food, I loved swimming in the large pool. Awesome time. I am looking forward to staying here again.

My kids had a gala time at the California Suites Hotel. In fact they liked to spend most of their time in the warm pool that I had to literally drag them out for a city tour. Despite the fact that my hubby was held back at home at the last moment because of some urgent work and I was taking care of the kids alone, I never felt insecure in the hotel.
The staff was friendly. They were really sweet and patient while dealing with my two naughty kids. They even suggested some really cool places to visit in San Diego. I plan to come here again with all of us this time and I know where I would like to stay - here!
