| I had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Sofia in San Diego in June of 2008. What a great, relaxing stay! The hotel, as do many establishments in San Diego, had fresh citrus and cucumber water in the lobby and the work out room. What is really unique about the hotel is they offer a yoga studio next to the typical work out room. There is a CD created in the hotel that shows you how to do the exercises in your room as well as in the yoga studio. The attached restaurant offers vegetarian and healthy food choices. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing, just what you need in a busy city like San Diego. The hotel is located a few blocks from downtown, within walking distance of many attractions, including the beach. Next time you are in San Diego, check out the Hotel Sofia, bring your kids and have a relaxing time! |
