Facilities include playing fields, picnic groves, rowboat docks on Hessian Lake, swimming pool and bathhouse, nature trails, an ice-skating rink, basketball court, Trailside Museums and Zoo, Iona Island Estuarine Reserve and Bird Refuge, Perkins Tower, and the newly constructed Merry-Go-Round and pavilion. Banquet rooms, an ala carte restaurant, refreshment stands, and extensive parking lots are available. |
